Looking for someone to beta your piece? Project Team Beta is here to help! PTB suggests that authors submit a Story Application at least three weeks before the deadline, and once accepted, to send in your story at least 1.5–2 weeks before the deadline.

Nikki aka @rpexaminer/blueeyedcherry.

I'm a case manager for adults with developmental disabilities in the Twin Cities metro area. Advocacy is my passion. My ultimate goal in life is to act as a voice for those who don't necessarily have one otherwise, and to work towards helping people with all types of disabilities get the same rights, treatment, and opportunities as their non-disabled counterparts. This compilation is very special to me, and having the opportunity to organize it is something I'll forever be grateful for. :)

I am a care-taker for my ill father. He has ending stages of Renal Failure, as well as Diabetes and Congestive Heart Failure. Advocacy is something I am strongly involved in. If I can help others by raising awareness, I am all for it! :)
